Pars Afshin Academic Counseling and Student Dispatch Service Institute was established with an official license from the Ministry of Science, Research and Technology to provide academic admission services in Sweden and Poland. Also, the head office of this institution in Sweden was registered in February 2010 in the city of Karlskrona (Sweden). The founder of this company, Mr. Ashkan Afshin Far, is one of the most experienced academic advisors in Swedish universities. Since 2010, this institution has been the first official representative of Swedish universities for Iran, and until today more than 1,500 students have successfully started their studies in Sweden through us. Also, this institution organized the first English language courses in Swedish universities in cooperation with BTH University of Sweden. Currently, Pars Afshin Institute is the official representative of BTH, Khoudeh, Halmstad, Linnaeus and Hyper Island College of Sweden.

Graduated from Lund University in Sweden in the field of accounting and control management at the postgraduate level in 2009 - Graduated from Belkinge University in Sweden in the field of entrepreneurship and business in 2011 - Since January 2009, he has been active in sending students to Sweden and since 2010 He is officially working as the first Iranian representative of Swedish universities from BTH University. - Obtaining representation from Linnaeus University of Sweden since 2012 - official representative of the university since 2013, official representative of Halmstad University and Hyper Island College since 2019.

Ph.D. in civil engineering with a specialization in water, post graduate in civil engineering. He is a university lecturer and the manager of the Tehran office of Pars Afshin Institute.
